Segment the Sounds
This series of worksheets have been created to help students develop their phonological and phonemic awareness. With a focus on long vowel sounds, the worksheets ask students to segment the words into individual sounds. Fast Finisher activities have also been included. This resource is part of the unit of work for Year 2- Blending and Segmenting.
Can be used as a pre-assessment, assessment for learning, formative assessment.
