Blending and Segmenting Quiz
This formative assessment has been created to identify where student are in their understanding of phonemic awareness. Students are required to break words up according to their phonemes, as well as use substitution and deletion to make new words. Students are then required to use decoding and blending strategies to read words aloud. This resource is part of the unit of work for Year 2- Blending and Segmenting.
