Mental Subtraction Strategies - Presentation
This comprehensive mental subtraction strategies presentation has been created to guide students through six of the mental strategies that can be used to solve subtraction problems:

- Take Ten
- Jump Strategy
- Inverse Strategy
The presentation explains these concepts through a variety of detailed examples. It also provides opportunities for guided and independent practise. While the unit is predominantly aimed at Year 2, this presentation could be used in lower or higher grades for extension or revision.
