Feeling Sliders and Scales

Feeling Sliders and Scales

These Feeling Sliders and Scales are a terrific non-verbal way to check in with your students and how they are feeling. It encourages students to identify their feelings and allow them to work on self-regulation.

They can be left on student desks for students to express how they are feeling or they can be used during Circle Time to allow for a quick check-in on how each of your students is feeling. Coloured or black and white options are available, including a Zones of Regulation option.
