Wacky Word Problems
This worksheet is meant to be a refresher to word problems, but also as a pre-test, for you to find out what level your students are at with simple work problems. The first 4 questions are very straightforward, while the last one requires more than one calculation.
This worksheet is a part of a larger unit designed to show year students another method of systematically solving word problems and allow them to practice a range of strategies to solve problems of varying complexity.
