Duration Action Cubes

These Duration Action Cubes are an engaging and hands on way to compare duration of common actions/activities.

Students complete the action on the cube and determine which activity took longer. Students are given opportunities to predict, compare and explain with reason why certain activities take a shorter/longer time.

Use as a whole class to foster open discussions about duration or use during rotations as a fun hands on activity.
