Coin Collection
Coin Collection is a game designed for the Foundation Year of school. It provides practise in the recognition of each Australian coin. Students will roll a money die and locate the matching coin on their board. A money die template is included.
Learning goals
- We are learning to recognise Australian coins according to their value.
- We are learning to model problems involving addition and subtraction, including simple whole-dollar money problems, in practical role-play situations.
