Learning goals

  • We are learning to recognise and read the time represented on an analog clock to the hour, half-hour and quarter-hour.
  • We are learning to tell time to the quarter-hour, using the language of 'past' and 'to'.
  • We are learning to identify, describe and demonstrate quarter, half, three-quarter and full turns, e.g. hands on a clock, in dances and in the school environment.
  • We are learning to identify, describe and draw half and quarter turns.
