Word Class Match - Board Game
Word Class Match is an engaging board game that helps Year 2 students understand how words can belong to different word classes based on their usage. As students move around the board, they read a word and place a counter on the corresponding word class in the centre grid (e.g. noun, verb, adjective, adverb). With a colourful layout and familiar vocabulary, this game supports grammar awareness and word classification skills in a hands-on, student-friendly way.
