The Emu and the Jabiru - Writing Prompt Cards (A5 & A6)
These creative writing prompt cards are inspired by the Dreamtime story "The Emu and the Jabiru" and are designed to deepen students’ connection with Indigenous perspectives through imaginative and reflective writing.
The pack includes 16 unique prompts across two formats (A5 and A6), featuring open-ended questions, role play scenarios, and poetic starters. Students explore character motivations, moral lessons, and narrative settings while practising letter writing, storytelling, and persuasive techniques.
