Summarising Exit Tickets
These exit tickets are a great formative assessment tool to use at the end of teaching the Summarising comprehension strategy. They are a quick and easy tool to get a snapshot of what students have understood in the content that has been taught.
Read a picture story book to the class and ask students to complete each of the SWBST sections on the exit ticket before leaving the class.
