Summarising Assessment
This summarising assessment is available in both fiction and non-fiction formats. There are 2 different options to choose from for fiction, depending on the skill level of your students. Each assessment task ask students to read a short text before recording the important information and writing their own short summary statement.
This worksheet can be used as a post-assessment at the completion of your Summarising unit.
