Simple Summarising
These worksheets provide a simple scaffold for your students to learn to record only the key information from a text when they are summarising. There is a fiction option that uses the SWBST summarising strategy, as well as a non-fiction option.
This task can be used after reading a whole class text or an independent/guided reading book response.
