Sight Word - Fishing
Students use visual memory to read high-frequency words. This game can be used soon after introducing new words. Scatter the words students have already been introduced to and ask them to pick a word at random and say the word aloud.
You can also use this set of fish to create a sight word wall in a nautical themed classroom.
