Introducing 'Read and Retell Short Story Passages'—a dynamic resource for honing reading comprehension and retelling skills. Dive into engaging short stories, complete with clear beginnings, middle sections, and satisfying endings. Each story is accompanied by a whole-class shared writing template, allowing teachers to model retell writing and empower students to become confident storytellers.
Learning goals
- We are learning to identify some features of texts including events and characters and retell events from a text.
