Predicting - Presentation
This interactive presentation is an excellent way to introduce the making predictions comprehension strategy to your students. The presentation teaches students to make predictions before, during and after reading. It also gives students opportunities to practise looking for text clues and using their prior knowledge to practise the skill of predicting.
Use as a whole class introduction when teaching the predicting comprehension strategy. The presentation can be referred back to when completing various activities in the Predicting unit.
