Measuring Temperature - Worksheet
In this activity, students sequence a variety of known temperatures on a thermometer, so as to understand how a thermometer works, and how the temperatures we are comfortable experiencing are grouped in a narrow range.
This activity introduces students to how and why we measure temperature, but it could be supplemented with more hands on experience using thermometers, or exploring temperature from a numeracy perspective.
