Maths Unit: Enlargement Transformations
This unit was designed to teach students enlargements and their properties. Students compare, create, and analyse the properties of shapes after enlargement and complete grid enlargements of drawings.
Learning goals
- We are learning to enlarge an image, cartoons or shapes using digital technologies and grid reference systems.
- We are learning to describe and perform translations, reflections and rotations of shapes and to identify symmetries.
