Enlargements - Student Reference Card
This resource was made to be an individual reference for students to cut out and glue in their books.
It is part of a larger unit designed to teach students enlargements and their properties. Students compare, create, and analyse the properties of shapes after enlargement and complete grid enlargements of drawings.
Learning goals
- We are learning to enlarge an image, cartoons or shapes using digital technologies and grid reference systems.
- We are learning to describe and perform translations, reflections and rotations of shapes and to identify symmetries.
