English Unit: Characteristics that Define an Author’s Style
This unit focuses on identifying and analysing the characteristics that define an author’s individual style. It includes versatile resources that can be applied to any authors and texts, as well as materials specifically exploring the works of Emily Rodda, Maree McCarthy Yoelu, and illustrator Lisa Kennedy. The unit features progressive worksheets, a whole-class activity, a small group game, visual aids, and a student reference card.
