Comparing Childhoods Assessment Task
This assessment task has been designed to use at the conclusion of the Childhood: Then and Now unit. It allows students to make comparisons between their own childhood and those childhoods from past generations.
Students can use the information gathered from their relative interview or the information presented throughout the unit.
Learning goals
- We are learning to understand the differences and similarities between students' daily lives and life during their parents’ and grandparents’ childhoods.
- We are learning to understand how the past, present and future are signified by time, some of which have personal significance.
