A Cross-Number Puzzle
Just like a crossword, students fill the spaces by answering questions, and just like in a crossword, sometimes you need to find the answer to another question to solve the one you are working on.
The worksheet is a part of a larger unit that was written to help students move beyond times tables, providing them with different methods for solving multi-digit multiplication problems, including the partitioning method, area method and lattice method
