This unit plan has been created to support the teaching and learning of the importance of environments, including natural vegetation and water sources, to people and animals in Australia and on another continent. Students will learn about sustainable use and management of renewable and nonrenewable resources, including the custodial responsibility First Nations Australians have for Country/Place. The unit comes complete with a presentation that supports each lesson, accompanying worksheets, displays and an assessment task to assess your students understanding.
