World Map Puzzle- Continents and Oceans
Designed as a simple activity for learning the world’s seven continents and 5 oceans.
This resource requires students to cut out and identify the locations of the world’s major continents and ocean. This resource has been created in colour, as well as black and white for easy printing.
Learning goals
- We are learning to create story maps or models to represent the location of places and features.
- We are learning to understand the way the world is represented in geographic divisions and the location of Australia in relation to these divisions.
- We are learning to identify the places we live in and belong to, e.g. neighbourhood, suburb, town and describe why these places are important.
