Visualising - Presentation

Visualising - Presentation

This interactive presentation is an excellent way to introduce the visualisation comprehension strategy to your students. The presentation gives students opportunities to practise looking for text clues, using their prior knowledge as well as their senses as they create different visualisations in their minds and then drawings.

Use as a whole class introduction when teaching the visualisation comprehension strategy, students will require mini-whiteboards or drawing paper to participate in the activities. The presentation can be referred back to when completing various activities in the Visualising Unit.
