Visualising My Feelings

Visualising My Feelings

This simple worksheet is a terrific way to demonstrate to students that each person’s visualisations will be different, based on their own prior knowledge and experiences. Students will illustrate 3 different pictures of events or memories that have made them feel nervous, excited and angry.

Once students have completed their drawings, have them share their work and point out how different everyone’s experiences of each of those feelings are.
