Visualise and Compare
2 Pre & Primary Essentials Worksheets English Analysing, Interpreting & Evaluating 1 Page

Visualise and Compare

This worksheet is a terrific way to demonstrate to your students that everyone’s visualisations can be different, depending on their prior experiences. Students will listen to a story and draw their visualisation before comparing it to the illustrator’s own interpretation.

Read an unknown picture storybook to the class and allow them to draw their visualisations of a chosen section of the story before showing the illustrations.
