The Moving Sun - Presentation
This Earth and Space Science presentation has been created to support Lesson 4 - The Moving Sun of the Our Moving Sky unit for Year 4. It allows the teacher to walk students through visual examples and explanations.
Learning goals
- We are learning to understand that the Sun is our source of light, that the Earth rotates on its axis and this causes changes such as night and day.
- We are learning to recognise Earth is a planet in the Solar System and identify patterns in the changing position of the sun, moon, planets and stars in the sky.
