Rounding and Estimating - Presentation
In this presentation, students are shown the utility of estimation for solving problems with missing information or to predict the solution to difficult equations.
It introduces a Year 5 unit designed to help students consolidate their rounding skills and incorporate them with estimation to estimate solutions to difficult questions or check the reasonableness of answers.
