Reacting to Emotions - Presentation
In this presentation, students learn the difference between emotions and feelings, where they come from, and how they are able to control their reactions to the complicated things they are feeling.
There is a discussion of the appropriateness of reactions, and the issues surrounding overreactions, as well as a discussion of how they can build their resiliency.
It is a part of a larger unit designed using the national Health and Physical Education curriculum.
