My Bedtime Routine
Bedtime can be a hectic time at home and steps in the nightly routine can easily be forgotten. It takes some of the pressure off when children can demonstrate independence when getting ready for bed. We created this bedtime routine for just this reason.
Select the pages that are relevant to your family and put them together in a book format or even a chart at home for children to reference. Remember that you can print smaller versions of the page if you'd like to display each image vertically or horizontally along a wall in chronological order for your child to follow.
