Multiplication Strategy Posters - Properties of Multiplication
This set of three Multiplication Posters highlights core properties of multiplication through simple language, colourful visuals, and examples. Each A4 poster includes a Quick Tip to make the strategy memorable and student-friendly:
1. Associative Property – Grouping doesn’t change the answer: (2 × 3) × 4 = 2 × (3 × 4)
2. Commutative Property – Flip the numbers: 6 × 5 = 5 × 6
3. Distributive Property – Break a number apart: 6 × (2 + 3) = (6 × 2) + (6 × 3)
Perfect for classroom displays, numeracy walls, or student reference folders.
