Interpreting Maps
This worksheet asks students to use their understanding of the language of position to correctly add pictures to the map, in the appropriate position. Students will practice the use of language such as right, above, inside, around and opposite. This worksheet is part of a larger unit of work on interpreting maps.

- We are learning to read simple maps and identify the positions of key features.
- We are learning to locate positions in two-dimensional representations, e.g. maps and follow directions to familiar locations.
