This assessment rubric has been designed to use alongside the assessment sheet provided in the How Places Change and Are Cared For unit. There are 3 levels to select from, from each expectation within the code. There is also a notes section to record any additional teacher notes and observations.
Complete the first 2 rows after the Playground Designer assessment task and the final row after the school mapping task or simply use based on your observations throughout the unit.
