Health Unit: Responding to Emotions
This activity pack, and its matching presentation aims to get students to understand where their emotions come from and how they can implement strategies to help them manage those emotions and the actions they take a result of them.
It is a part of a larger unit designed using the national Health and Physical Education curriculum for Years 3 and 4.
