Health Unit: Healthy Eating
Healthy Eating is a short Health and Physical Education unit for Year 1 and Year 2.
Students will learn to make better food choices by identifying the five food groups and the amount of serves they should consume from each of them.
The presentation and guiding questions help to establish a supportive and productive class discussion on healthy eating.
The accompanying activities, worksheets, quiz and exit ticket allow for multiple opportunities to check student understanding.
This unit can be completed in 1 or 2 sessions but also allows for extended lessons depending on your needs.
