Health Unit: Feelings Rollercoaster
This activity pack, and its matching presentation is designed to normalise talking about emotions, provide appropriate language for describing the complex new feelings students are experiencing, and provide them with strategies and resources they can depend on if they are feeling low.
It is a part of a larger unit designed using the national Health and Physical Education curriculum.
