Counting Puzzles
Are you looking for an engaging and fun way for your students to independently practise subitising and number sequences from 1-10? These counting puzzles are a terrific addition to your maths rotations or early finisher tasks.
Students colour in and cut out the puzzles before putting back together. They can swap with a partner who has a different puzzle. They could also be printed onto coloured card and laminated to be kept as a reusable resource.
Learning goals
- We are learning to read, write and order numbers to 20 using concrete materials, connecting quantities, numerals and number names.
- We are learning to count forwards and backwards up to 20.
