Community and Change- Assessment Task
This assessment task has been created to support the Year 3 Unit of Work- Local Community and Change. Students must complete three tasks to demonstrate their understanding of the First Australians' interconnectedness to Country/Place, changes over time within their local community and an individual or group that has contributed to these changes.
Learning goals
- We are learning to recognise the importance of Country/Place to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peoples who belong to a local area.
- We are learning to understand how the community has changed and remained the same over time and that people of diverse backgrounds have helped shape our local communities.
