When to Use Commas Lower
This poster has been designed to show younger students where and how commas are used to punctuate text. It has been created to use as a classroom reference chart.
Learning goals
- We are learning to recognise that capital letters signal proper nouns and commas are used to separate items in lists.
- We are learning to understand the purpose of punctuation in different sentence types.
