The Wonderful World of Poetry - Presentation

The Wonderful World of Poetry - Presentation

This presentation is a great resource for teachers to use when introducing and revisiting the purpose, structure and features of poems. The presentation looks at what poetry is and the different types of poems, their purpose and their structures. It then goes on to explore the literary devices and language features included as well as their effects on an audience. It is part of a year four unit of work on poetry.
