Safe @ Home - Presentation
In this presentation students learn the most common hazards in the home, and how to deal with incidents that occur there.
It is a part of a larger unit designed using the national Health and Physical Education curriculum.
Learning goals
- We are learning to describe and apply strategies to use in situations that make us feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
- We are learning to identify and practise strategies to promote health, safety and wellbeing.
- We are learning to identify the hazards we are most likely to encounter at home, and to develop strategies to deal with incidents that happen to us.
