Reward Chart - Student Goals

This chart is effective for working on a particular behaviour choice a student is making. Simply identify the goal you are working to achieve and the reward they will receive when they achieve that goal. Take a photo of the student holding the reward they are working towards and attach it to the empty box.
There are enough spaces on the chart to place a sticker on each number of each session of the week. For example, if you were working on a student remaining on task in each session, you'd place a sticker on their chart for remaining on task in the morning session, another for middle session and another for the afternoon session. At the end of the week, if they've received at least 12 stickers, they can claim their prize. It's particularly effective with students on the autism spectrum.
