Maths Unit: Introduction to Division
This helpful unit contains resources to help support your students to recognise and represent division as grouping into equal sets and solve simple problems using these representations at a Year 2 level. The unit, focusing on fair sharing, also includes posters, multiple worksheets, a reference card, group activities and a student assessment at the end.

- We are learning to divide a set of objects into equal sized groups to solve simple problems.
- We are learning to solve problems involving modelling addition, subtraction, equal sharing and grouping, using different strategies.
