Making Connections Exit Tickets
These exit tickets are a great formative assessment tool to use at the end of teaching the Making Connections comprehension strategy. They are a quick and easy tool to get a snapshot of what students have understood in the content that has been taught.
Read a story or show one of the “That Reminds Me” scenario cards. Ask students to complete the making connections exit ticket before leaving the class, showing which connection they made and why.
