This multi-page gratitude journal invites students to reflect on positive moments, emotions, and experiences using creative, open-ended prompts. Each page features a unique layout, such as leaves, hearts, jars, and symbols, to guide expression through writing, drawing, and mindfulness tasks.
Includes activities like:
- Drawing something that made them smile
- Describing acts of kindness or moments of beauty
- Recording something they’re grateful for at school
- Reflecting on challenges they overcame
- Designing a personal gratitude symbol or quote
Perfect as a daily or weekly reflection tool during HPE, wellbeing blocks, or quiet morning routines.
