ALARM- A Learning and Responding Matrix
ALARM helps students to improve written responses in assessments, exams and in-class exercises. It also helps build confidence in oral presentations. ALARM helps students to understand what specifically is being asked of them and it helps to answer with greater clarity and depth. With continued use over time, students demonstrate evidence of higher-order or deep critical thinking which them helps them provide refined answers that have a greater relevance and impact.
